Blue Mesa Fishing Report: A long cold winter has delayed everything! Boating looks to be at least a week out still as of April 24, 2019. The Rotary trout tournament has been moved from May 4 and 5 to June 1 and 2 due to the late ice and low water levels. So far, the lake has risen about 5′ and is projected to fill to roughly 80-85% this summer! We are currently booking trips for all species, including trophy lake trout! We are hoping to be on the water in about a week. We will be updating this site, so check back often!
